Order Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel an order, please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of delivery will not be accepted, as advance payments are made to our bakery, flower vendors, garment suppliers, and other brands.
- For customized or pre-order items (2-7 days in advance), cancellations may not be available if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
🔹 Note: If a customer cancels an order for any reason, 20% of the total order amount will be deducted as a processing fee.
Refund Policy
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
- In rare cases, Mahi Gifts Online Mart may approve a refund. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Refund Process & Timings
- If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed, and you will receive the funds within 8-15 business days.
- Refund timing depends on your bank’s standard process. You can contact your bank’s customer service helpline for exact details on their refund processing time.

- Contact your bank – sometimes refunds take extra time to be officially posted.
